This week I will be going to get hi-res scans of my smaller canvases (anything under 11″ X 17″) and we will be offering *signed* prints in the shop soon 🙂

We are crafting away here. I love bringing my supplies outside and working in the sun & gentle breezes. I’ve been mostly beading. Project names include Dragon Moon, The 11th Doctor, Cù Sìth, La Mer, Balance, Be Koi, Carp Diem, and Butterfly Dance.  I’m taking some photos tomorrow and I also have an announcement to post once I have everything up :)….as always, we are open to custom orders. I finished Arachne’s Fate and Blancheflor. These are both available on our ArtFire site for purchase.

Arachne’s Fate was inspired by the  Greek Myth about Athena and Arachne…Blancheflor was inspired by the Celtic Goddess of that name, along  with her 2 other aspects. For more info, head over to the Inspired Jewelry & Beadwork page and click on the pictures. It was wonderful reading the stories and interpreting them into beads!

I have some intriguing ideas working with dragons, faeries and Artio, the Celtic Bear Goddess, as well as a few Goth-inspired pieces brewing in my head right now…so keep an eye out on our Facebook and Twitter pages, or better yet –  friend, fan, or follow us on them and you’ll automatically see the new creations we have  as soon as we post them!

Right now I am brewing some mixed media painting ideas, but beading in the meanwhile.
I am working on a bunch of Mythology and Goddess Inspired necklaces and sets. Come back to see my interpretations of Artio, the Celtic Bear Goddess, and Arachne, cocky-weaver-cum-spider in the next week or so. I will be including the info from the Myths that inspired me with each piece. I’ve been building up supplies in my absence and looking forward to showing off some goodies.
Speaking of weavers, Diane is busily making lovely cotton phrase panels, to be used as wall hangings or as altar cloths, whichever calls to you 🙂 She has also made some chokers for me to adorn with gems and sparkles….
